I don't know about you but I am the kind of person who seems to be prone to accidents. Maybe its because I'm clumsy or I don't pay attention. Probably a combination of both. ;) The Hunter kit From Adventure Medical Kits is something that no outdoorsman should leave home without. You could leave the main kit in you vehicle or at the camp. It has a detachable field/trauma kit to take with you in the field or on the water. The Field Trauma kit can easily be stuck into a backpack and not to mention its light weight! The Hunter Kit comes with a boat load of items but the great thing about it is, it comes in a compact bag. No more bulky boxes! You can also add things to your kit that you feel is a good thing to have on hand for yourself. (i.e Medicine for Upset Stomach, Heartburn, Allergy.. ) It also comes with a book – A Comprehensive Guide TO Wilderness & Travel Medicine. Throughout the book you will find what is called "Weiss Advice", which describes improvised wilderness medical techniques & "When To Worry Techniques" along with 97 illustrations. More information on fish hook removals, arrow injuries, gun shot wounds and treating many more complications can be found in the kit as well. So, you don't have to be a pro to treat wounds in the field- just read the guide! (we do, however, suggest get to the hospital ASAP if you wounds are severe !!! ) It is basically the best kit you can find out there that is suited for the hunter, fisherman or camper. I recommend every outdoorsman/woman have this kit – it's a must have- hands down!!
